Kari and Mick began their journey many years ago, but somehow life took them down separate paths. With him being from Australia and her being a Texas girl, there was quite the distance between them. But after many years of life's crazy adventure, fate (and the help of social media) brought them back together.

Mick said after the first few minutes of talking to Kari again after so many years, he knew they were meant to be. Mick provided a unique token to make their sand-ceremony much more memorable-- a bit of sand from HIS home. The combination of the red sands of Australia and the white sands of Gulf Shores made for a keepsake they can cherish forever!
